A Little about Tracy Miller
Born and raised in Michigan, I married my high school sweetheart who was in the U.S. Army. Throughout the past 23+ years, we were fortunate to have been stationed in some great places: Monterey, CA; Augusta, GA; Panama, Colorado Springs, CO; and Virginia (twice). Currently we live in Stafford, VA with our college-age son. Although I spent many years pondering the idea of getting my real estate license, it wasn't until I moved to Virginia that I was given the time and opportunity to accomplish this goal. Prior to becoming a realtor, I worked in banking, accounting, civil service and even spent three years as a "Homeschool Mom" while living in Alabama.
As you might imagine, I became an EXPERT in RELOCATION by moving around the country as an Army Wife. Now that I'm a real estate agent, I take my experiences and my profession to assist military families moving to the area. I even have a national network of agents that are working in-and-around military installations in other states, so if you're moving from VA elsewhere, I would be happy to assist you in finding an agent who'll suite your relocation needs.
With my banking background, I am well acquainted with lending practices, credit issues, and personal finance. I align myself with service-oriented local and national lenders that will accommodate all mortgage financing needs.
Having spent 4 years working for the Department of the Army, I fully understand the needs of government employees, especially those being affected by BRAC. Whether you have relocation benefits or not, I assess your real estate needs and facilitate a more smooth transition to your new duty station.
